Private Client Service is offered exclusively by invitation, following Rento Properties' internal assessment. Professional position, public profile or financial standing alone does not guarantee an invitation.

An individual's wealth, profession, official position, family background or public profile does not create eligibility or entitlement to Rento Private Client Service.

Who may be considered

The service may be considered for selected celebrities, public figures, reputed business leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs and managing directors, HNIs and NRIs, senior government officials, members of the judiciary, serving or former civil-service officers, elected representatives and prominent families who require enhanced privacy and controlled property handling.

Mentioning these profiles does not indicate automatic eligibility. Every engagement is individually shortlisted and offered solely by invitation from Rento Properties.

How invitations are decided. Every invitation is issued solely at the discretion of Rento Properties after considering owner profile, property profile and location, privacy and security requirements, service suitability, operational feasibility, documentation and verification, and Rento's internal acceptance criteria. Rento Properties may accept or decline a property or profile without creating any obligation to provide this specialised service.

The owner's profile, property and service requirements are reviewed through a controlled communication channel.

Limited Internal Access

Information is made accessible only to designated personnel who reasonably require it to provide the service.

Controlled Property Marketing

The property is not automatically placed on general public listings. Its presentation and circulation are determined according to the agreed marketing strategy.

Selected Prospective Tenants

Property information is presented only to reviewed prospective tenants considered suitable for the property and the owner's requirements.

Property visits are arranged in a controlled manner and according to the owner's instructions.

A designated Rento representative coordinates communication, enquiries, property visits and transaction-related requirements.

Owner and property information may be shared where reasonably necessary for assessment, verification, property presentation, documentation and completion of the rental transaction, or where required by applicable law, a competent authority or contractual obligations.

No company can guarantee absolute confidentiality or complete security. The applicable privacy, confidentiality and service obligations will be governed by Rento Properties' policies and the signed agreement.

Private Client enquiries This service is not open to the general public. Owners who believe they may qualify are welcome to share their details with us in confidence for consideration. Sharing your details does not create eligibility, entitlement or any obligation on Rento Properties to provide this service — profiles and properties are reviewed internally, and Rento shortlists and issues invitations solely at its own discretion. Selected owners are then contacted directly by an authorised Rento Properties representative. Existing invited clients may continue to communicate through their designated private contact channel.
